Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation gets a 7-day free trial of Pro with every Pro feature. A payment card is needed to start the trial, which is set up through Nightingale. After 7 days a paid subscription is needed to keep using Stok. There is no free plan.
What do I get when I upgrade to Pro?
Pro is £49 per site per month, or £490 per site per year which gives you two months free. It unlocks multiple locations, unlimited stock items, stock movement history, low stock alerts, usage and waste tracking, supplier records, purchase and cost tracking, team permissions, notifications, automated workflows, advanced dashboards, reporting, exports and GaleAI.
Is Pro priced per site?
Yes. Pro is charged per site: £49 per site per month, or £490 per site per year. A three-site operation on annual billing pays £1,470 a year before any bundle discount.
How does the annual price work?
Annual billing is £490 per site per year instead of 12 monthly payments of £49, so you get two months free — a saving of £98 per site per year.
Do I get a discount for using several Nightingale apps?
Yes. Subscribe to 3 or more Nightingale apps and 20% comes off your qualifying recurring subscription charges. The annual price is applied first, then the 20% bundle discount on top.
When does Pro access start?
Immediately. Feature access is driven by your subscription tier, so every Pro feature unlocks as soon as your plan changes — no re-signup and no waiting.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. Pro and Enterprise features become read-only or locked behind an upgrade prompt, and location limits apply again to any new locations you try to add.
Who is Stok built for?
Operational businesses where inventory affects profitability: restaurants, hospitality groups, cleaning companies, facilities operators, logistics businesses and multi-site operators. It is not generic retail inventory software.
Do I need another Nightingale product first?
No. Stok works standalone. Ekspedite, WasteVault and e-Kwip can be added later and see the same organisation, users and roles — they never consume your Stok site allowance or change your Stok bill.
