Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. Starter is free for one location with up to 3 users, and covers basic stock items, inventory records, stock adjustments, categories and a basic dashboard.
What do I get when I upgrade to Pro?
Pro is £49 per month and unlocks multiple locations, unlimited stock items, stock movement history, low stock alerts, usage and waste tracking, supplier records, purchase and cost tracking, team permissions, notifications, automated workflows, advanced dashboards, reporting, exports and GaleAI.
When does Pro access start?
Immediately. Feature access is driven by your subscription tier, so every Pro feature unlocks as soon as your plan changes — no re-signup and no waiting.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. Pro and Enterprise features become read-only or locked behind an upgrade prompt, and location limits apply again to any new locations you try to add.
Who is Stok built for?
Operational businesses where inventory affects profitability: restaurants, hospitality groups, cleaning companies, facilities operators, logistics businesses and multi-site operators. It is not generic retail inventory software.
Do I need another Nightingale product first?
No. Stok works standalone. Ekspedite, WasteVault and e-Kwip can be added later and share sites, users and roles with Stok.
